Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Lift out the pulp with a tablespoon and then dice.
Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and finely chop the peppers.
Put the yogurt, avocado pulp, and hot peppers in a bowl. Peel the ginger and chop it very finely or grate it and add it. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and mix well.
