Soak the skewers for about 1 hour (if they are wooden skewers). Put the meat on a skewer from one end, push it up, wrap it in a spiral shape around the skewer, then skewer the other end.
For the curry marinade: Mix the curry with 3 tablespoons of oil.
For the paprika marinade: Mix the paprika with marjoram, pepper and 3 tablespoons of oil.
Generously coat 8 skewers with a marinade, cover and leave to stand in a cool place for 2-3 hours.
Then fry the skewers in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Turn once in between and sprinkle with salt.
The skewers need a little less time on the grill, you have to be careful, otherwise the meat will be dark and hard.
Arrange on a large plate and sprinkle with parsley.
