- Peel and finely chop the ginger. Wash the parsley, spin dry, chop finely. Wash the herbs, spin dry, chop finely.
- Wash the steaks, pat dry.
- Mix the ginger, parsley with butter, shape into small balls, put in a cool place.
- Mix the herbs with the oil, drizzle on the steaks, cover and marinate for approx. 20 minutes.
- Heat the grill, grill the steaks on top, turning them for about 5-10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Place the finished steaks on plates, brush with the butter mix, serve.
