Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Wash the parsley, spin dry, chop finely. Wash the herbs, spin dry, chop finely.
  2. Wash the steaks, pat dry.
  3. Mix the ginger, parsley with butter, shape into small balls, put in a cool place.
  4. Mix the herbs with the oil, drizzle on the steaks, cover and marinate for approx. 20 minutes.
  5. Heat the grill, grill the steaks on top, turning them for about 5-10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the finished steaks on plates, brush with the butter mix, serve.
