Instructions

  1. Wash, quarter and finely chop the cucumber. Halve tomatoes and cut into slices. Chives in small. Cut the rolls and finely dice the two onions.
  2. Drain the feta up to halfway.
  3. Place the cucumbers in a large bowl, season with salt, pepper and mix well. Add pressed garlic. We always take a lot, but it`s a matter of taste. Also add tomatoes. Mix in the half-drained feta cheese with the rest of the oil. (gives the good taste) and mix everything well. Now season to taste with vinegar and sugar! Finally sprinkle in the chives and stir well again.
  4. You can of course add other ingredients (radishes ) to the salad according to your mood. But we love this variant, especially for grilling in summer. But we also make the salad more often during the rest of the season!
