Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut the sausages diagonally into slices. Clean and wash the zucchini, halve lengthways and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes, rub dry, cut in half.
Drain the pasta, rinse.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the pasta vigorously, remove and keep warm.
Fry the sausage, zucchini in the frying fat for about 5-6 minutes, add pasta, tomatoes, cheese, deglaze with the broth, bring to the boil, let the cheese melt while stirring, season with salt and pepper
Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves, except for a few for garnish, from the stalks, roughly chop and mix with the pan.
Divide the pan on plates, garnish with parsley leaves.
Serve hot !!
Tip:
Instead of grilled sausage, every type fits, you can use chorizo, kabanossi, sucuk or fresh sausage, salsicce.
