Wash, peel, quarter and core the apples and cut into fine wedges.
Roast the almond kernels in a pan without oil, let cool and chop.
For the sauce, stir together the garlic, lime juice and honey, season with caraway seeds, coriander and salt. Marinate the apple wedges in the sauce.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, steam the spinach in it for about 3 minutes, remove, drain, put in a bowl, mix with the apple sauce and sprinkle with the almonds.
