Ingredients

• 500 ml milk
• 300 g chocolate, dark, possibly chili chocolate
• 200 ml cream
• 1 chilli pepper (s), red, pitted, finely chopped or powder
• 4 chilli pepper (s) for the garnish

Instructions

1. Finely chop or grate the chocolate. Heat the milk with the chocolate, cream and the chopped chilli pepper. Keep doing this and stir constantly until the chocolate has melted.
2. Pour through a sieve into the cups, garnish with a chilli pepper each. Serve hot.
