Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Dice onions, peppers and tomatoes. Drain the corn and beans. Cut the fillet into strips and fry in hot oil. Add vegetables, sauté. Pour in the juice and stock, simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Season to taste.
