Ingredients

• 500 ml ice cream (vanilla)
• 4 cups coffee, cold
• 4 cl rum, white, e.g. Bacardi
• 200 ml sweet cream
• Grated chocolate

Instructions

1. Put the vanilla ice cream in a mixing bowl, add the coffee and mix well. Add the Bacardi and then fold in the whipped cream.
2. Fill into glasses and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
