Juice the orange and lemon. Peel the bananas and cut lengthways. Roast the sesame seeds without fat.
Heat honey with lemon and orange juice (do not boil) and steam the banana halves in it for 2-3 minutes. Take out the bananas and roll them in the toasted sesame seeds. Reduce the juice a little and drizzle over the bananas. Garnish with the lavender stalks.
Chocolate ice cream goes very well with it, as does nut and nougat ice cream. You can also enjoy it for breakfast without ice cream.
