Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and carrots, cut into small pieces and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes so that it is really soft.
  2. Lightly fry the onion and minced meat in a little oil. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the minced meat together with the corn. Simmer until the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Puree the carrots and sweet potatoes very finely. Use some of the cooking water here until the desired consistency is reached. Finally add the minced meat mixture and puree either finely or in pieces as required. For older children, you can just leave it like that.
  4. Fill in baby jars to freeze. Make sure that the jars don`t get too full so that they don`t burst.
  5. The recipe makes about 10 to 15 glasses, depending on how much water you add. I used a lot of water and got 15 glasses out of it.
