3. While the mushrooms and onions are fried in oil, prepare the buns. To do this, they need to be cut in half and the core is slightly dented inward. (For thrifty housewives – in any case, do not crush! Then the sandwiches will be like shop pies with poppy seeds – a lot of dough and a minimum of filling).
4. Fry mushrooms with onions, stirring occasionally, until half cooked. In the time it is 7-10 minutes. Oh, and don’t forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
