Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy, add icing sugar and eggs, mix with vanilla sugar and salt to a foamy mass, mix flour with baking powder and fold in. Add rum and orange juice, stir until smooth. Finally mix in the chocolate.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased, floured Guglform and bake for approx. 45 minutes at 180 °.
  3. When cooled, turn it out and sprinkle with icing sugar, you can also use crumble, etc. instead of diced chocolate
