  1. For the dough, mix the flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar and knead with the water and oil to form a smooth dough. It is best to knead with the food processor. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the peppers into small cubes approx. 1 cm. Fry the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika powder. Add the pepper cubes and fry them as well. Cut the bacon into thirds into strips approx. 5 cm long. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
  3. Knead the dough again briefly and roll out. If necessary, sprinkle the work surface with flour.
