Ingredients

• 6 sausages (hot dog sausages)
• 6 large rolls (hot dog or baguette rolls)
• 600 g minced beef
• 12 slices bacon
• 6 slices cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper
• Sauce your choice (e.g. barbecue sauce)
• possibly onion (s)
• possibly chilli pepper (s) (jalapenos)
• possibly corn
• possibly bell pepper (s)

Instructions

1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and divide into equal portions. Cover each sausage with minced meat and then wrap with 2 slices of bacon. Then fry the whole thing on the grill or in the pan until crispy.
2. Cut into the rolls (not all the way through) and briefly bake them on the grill or in the oven at approx. 200 ° C. Place the finished bacon mince sausages in the rolls, top with cheddar cheese and bake.
3. Then add the barbecue sauce, onions and jalapenos (or other ingredients of your choice) and enjoy.
