Instructions

1. Roast the bacon until dark brown, in the meantime cut the onion into small pieces. Then put all the ingredients (the bacon with the gravy from the pan) except the mayonnaise in a saucepan, puree and bring to the boil.
2. Let cool and stir in the mayonnaise. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
