Instructions

  1. Place the cheese between two slices of toasted bread. The type and amount of cheese is up to you.
  2. Place four strips of bacon next to each other on a cutting board so that they overlap. Place the cheese sandwich in the middle of the bacon and wrap the protruding ends up around the sandwich. Proceed in the same way with the other four strips of bacon, but arrange them at right angles to the ones that have already been wrapped and wrap them over the remaining free sides. At the end, the toast should be completely wrapped in the bacon.
  3. Fry on each side over medium heat for approx. 5 - 8 minutes until crispy.
  4. Cut into triangles, serve, enjoy.
