Instructions

  1. Place 4 bacon slices next to each other and place a toast slice in the middle. Rub the cheese over the toast and layer the second slice of toast on top. Fold the ends of the bacon slices over the toast and place the remaining 4 bacon slices on top according to the same pattern and fold them at the bottom.
  2. Fry the bacon toast on both sides in a non-stick pan over medium heat until crispy.
