Instructions

  1. Mix the bread cubes with the egg, chopped parsley, flour and bacon, mix with a little salt and, of course, other spices such as nutmeg or the like. Then add enough water to make a well kneadable dough, knead well and then form dumplings. Cook these in the meat broth for about 10 minutes. Not too long or they will fall apart!
