Instructions

  1. Finely dice the pork belly and leave it out with a little broth. Finely chop the spring onion. Mix the cream cheese well with the yoghurt, quark and sour cream.
  2. Add the pork belly, spring onions, horseradish, mustard, chives, parsley and chervil, season with iodized salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  3. Finally mix in the finely chopped garlic.
