Mix the sour cream with the chopped mouse bacon and 3 cans of clementines (with juice) and leave to stand overnight.
The next day, carefully stir in the remaining 2 cans of clementines (without juice).
Sounds a bit strange, but it`s super tasty! When you pull it through, the pieces of mouse bacon fluff up a bit and the mass becomes quite fluffy. If you don`t reveal it, guests are guaranteed not to suspect what`s inside!
