Instructions

  1. With the pork belly, separate the fat from the meat and put the fat aside. Cut the remaining bacon on the long side into strips with as square a profile as possible. Fry the strips of bacon together with the cut off fat in the pan on low heat for about 5 minutes and brown the outside of the bacon.
  2. Spread the strips of the breakfast bacon lengthways on the work surface. Cut the boiled ham into long strips. The width should be just below that of the bacon. Then place 1 - 2 strips of ham lengthways on top of the bacon strips. Place the fried bacon strips on the edge of the prepared bacon and ham strips and roll them up.
  3. Put the rolls in the pan and fry them on a low heat for about 3 minutes, then increase the temperature and fry them until crispy in 2 minutes.
