Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions, as well as the ham. Heat the butter and sauté the onions for 3 minutes. Now add the ham and fry for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with SOMETHING broth.
  2. Add the cleaned and cut leek and cook in the resulting stock for 5 minutes, then add the rest of the stock to season with salt and pepper and let it steep for another 15 minutes. Mix the flour with white wine and thicken the soup with it. Add sour cream. Whisk the egg yolks with a little water and stir in. Pour the soup into fireproof terrines, sprinkle with cheese and bake. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
