- Mix the egg yolk and coffee and stir until the coffee has dissolved.
- Put the powdered sugar with a little of the grain in a bowl and stir until it has dissolved.
- Add the vanilla sugar, rum and the mixture with the eggs and coffee to the powdered sugar. When everything is mixed well, you add the cream.
- Put everything in a bottle and chill for at least 3-4 hours.
- But it tastes best when left in the refrigerator for a day or two.
