Instructions

1. Drain the cherries, crumble the shortbread biscuits and pour the Baileys over them. Put the quark with honey in a bowl and stir until smooth. Beat the cream until stiff, gradually adding the vanilla sugar and sugar. Fold the honey quark into the cream. Mix the cherries with the quark mixture and alternately fill the bowl with the biscuit mixture.
