Bring milk to a boil. Put the chocolate in a jug and pour half of the boiled milk over it. Let the chocolate soften and then beat it smooth with a whisk. Add Bailey`s and the rest of the milk and whisk again with the whisk.
Pour into two heat-resistant glasses and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
