Mix the flour, chocolate droplets, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and walnuts. Mix the egg, oil, Baileys and buttermilk until frothy, add to the flour mixture and stir in.
Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Use a wooden stick to check several times that they are done.
Then drizzle the hot muffins with a teaspoon of Baileys and let them cool. If you like, you can add a chocolate icing (white and brown chocolate) to the cooled muffins. Good Appetite!
