Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, whisk the eggs briefly and fill the BBA with the Bailey`s and the liquid, cooled butter. Mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda and place in the bread baker with the other ingredients.
  2. Bake in the Baking powder or Cake program. At the end of the program, use a wooden stick to check whether the cake is done. If the dough sticks to the stick, cook in the Bake program for about 20 minutes.
  3. If you don`t like hazelnuts, you can replace them with other ground nuts or normal flour.
  4. Before baking, it is essential to check the instructions for use of the bread maker. With some devices, the solid and then the liquid ingredients are poured in first. With my bread baker, the liquid ones are below and the solid ones are above.
