Let the raisins soak in the amaretto and rum in the refrigerator overnight or for a few hours.
Lightly roast the flaked almonds in a pan, they don`t have to get dark.
Peel the apples (about 8 medium-sized), cut out the core and weigh until it is at least 1000 g. Then cut into small pieces and pour the lemon juice over them. Squeeze the oranges and add the juice.
Place jam jars open in the sink in hot water.
Heat the raisins including alcohol and apples with juice in a large saucepan. Grate the marzipan mixture. Add cinnamon and vanilla flavor. Simmer everything while stirring until the marzipan has liquefied. Then add the almond flakes and the preserving sugar and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
Pour into the prepared glasses, turn them upside down for 5 minutes and then turn them around. Depending on the size of the glasses, there will be around 5-8 pieces.
