Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the starch and the baking powder, put the butter in flakes on top, add the egg, 1 pinch of salt and 90g powdered sugar and quickly work everything into a dough with cool hands.
  2. After the dough has rested for 60 minutes in the refrigerator, line the bottom and 2/3 of the edge of a 26 cm springform pan with it.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut in half. Place on the dough and fill with the marzipan and some cinnamon mixed rum raisins.
  4. Cook a pudding using cream, sour cream, vanilla pulp and 90g powdered sugar. Place on the apples while still warm and distribute evenly.
  5. Bake on the middle rack for 75 min. At 150 ° C fan oven.
  6. Cover the finished cake with the almond flakes, mix the cinnamon with the rest of the powdered sugar, sprinkle over the almonds.
  7. Put the cake under the grill and let the sugar caramelize. This process takes a little patience and must be watched so that the almonds and sugar do not burn.
