Instructions

  1. A mason jar is not necessary for this. But for me it makes a different variant of the way of serving. It is also great if there are jars left over that they are simply closed. Even days later, they still taste great!
  2. Whip the cream.
  3. Stir the curd cheese with the QimiQ until smooth, fold in the cream, season with rum (vary the amount depending on your taste), sugar (also to taste) and the vanilla sugar.
  4. Heat up a pan and toss the apple pieces with butter. Add the hazelnuts and cranberries and pour on the wine. Then add the honey, as well as the raisins (if you don`t like raisins, just leave out). Let cool down well.
  5. Break the biscuit into small pieces and soak in the apple juice. Line the jar with it. Then put a layer of the cream on top and then the apple mixture. You repeat this until the glass is full. You should end up with the cream. Sprinkle it with hazelnuts and cinnamon.
  6. Finished! And super great to prepare 1-2 days in advance.
