Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, cream, vanilla cream (just a little, not too much) and sugar with a whisk or hand mixer. A slightly liquid mass is created.
  2. Hollow out the apples (pierce through to the bottom). Seal the hole that is now at the bottom of the apple with a marzipan potato. Now fill in the butter mixture (approx. 2 teaspoons).
  3. Halve the domino. Press one half into the filled apple. 1 teaspoon of the mixture on top, then the other half of the domino on top. Repeat with the other apples. Simply pour the rest of the mixed mixture over the apples.
  4. Bake on a baking sheet at approx. 160 ° C (convection) for 20 minutes. Vanilla cream over it.
  5. Tip: Never grease the mold with butter, always with margarine, also with this recipe.
