Core the apples and drizzle the inside with lemon juice so that they don`t turn brown.
Mix the softened butter with the almonds and raisins. Season to taste with powdered sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Pour the butter mixture into the apples and place in a baking dish. Put in the oven and fry for about 40 minutes. Halfway through the roasting time, cover with aluminum foil to prevent the apples from burning.
Pour the melted butter over the baked apples and arrange on plates. Serve immediately.
