- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a deep refractory form.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling.
- For the syrup, put the sugar, water and rose water in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 4 minutes, then pour into the prepared dish.
- Remove the core of the apples. Spread the filling over the apples and pour the syrup from the mold over them.
- Bake the apples covered for 20 minutes, basting with syrup every now and then. Serve with cream.
