Instructions

  1. Finely chop the shallots and fry in butter for 2-3 minutes.
  2. The bread slices (you can cut away the edge if you like, but I leave it on) toast and butter on both sides. Place in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Peel the avocados, cut in half and cut into thin wedges. Season well and distribute on the bread slices. Mix the quark with shallots, tarragon and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Spread on the avocados. Sprinkle everything with cheese, cover with flakes of butter and bake on top heat for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
