- Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, 1 teaspoon oil, water and egg white to form a dough. Let this soak for about 1/2 hour.
- Peel the bananas and drizzle with lemon juice. Pat the pineapple slices dry. Cut both types of fruit into pieces.
- Heat the oil in a wok. Dip the fruit in portions into the batter and fry in the wok.
- Warm the honey. Drizzle the baked banana pieces and pineapple pieces with it.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, arrange on plates and serve immediately.
