Instructions

  1. Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, 1 teaspoon oil, water and egg white to form a dough. Let this soak for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Peel the bananas and drizzle with lemon juice. Pat the pineapple slices dry. Cut both types of fruit into pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok. Dip the fruit in portions into the batter and fry in the wok.
  4. Warm the honey. Drizzle the baked banana pieces and pineapple pieces with it.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, arrange on plates and serve immediately.
