Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl and stir in the honey and cinnamon-sugar mixture if you like. It shouldn`t be too cute. Mix well and put in the fridge.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthways. The riper and darker the bananas are, the better. Heat a drop of oil in a large pan. Fry the bananas in it until they turn a little dark.
  3. As soon as they get some color, add some honey and sugar again to create a kind of syrup in which the bananas fry. Turn carefully, the bananas should be covered on all sides with the syrup and take out before the bananas become too soft. You can tell it well with the turner.
  4. Arrange two banana halves on a small plate. Now distribute the cream next to the banana halves on the four plates like a blob. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of each plate.
  5. Decorate the whole thing with the brittle, a few lines of chocolate sauce and a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve immediately so that the banana halves are still warm and can be eaten with the vanilla ice cream.
  6. I`ve already done the whole thing with litchis from the can, but then without frying. I think you can use different fruits here. Since there is already a lot of sweet things on the banana, the cream shouldn`t get too sweet. If this is still slightly sour, it goes perfectly with the banana.
