Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat 30 g of fat in a saucepan. Sauté the onion until translucent, dust the flour over it and sweat until golden. Deglaze with 500 ml of water and milk. Bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in the broth and dissolve. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Remove the sausage from the skin, halve lengthways and cut into slices. Heat 10 g fat in a pan. Fry the leek and sausage in it. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Rinse the potatoes, let them cool down a little and peel them. Place in a greased ovenproof dish with the leek and sausage. Pour the sauce over it. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it.
