Smear the bread slices with butter and put the ham on top (I always use toasted ham). Then spread some corn on the slices and, depending on the size of the bread, place 1 - 2 tomato slices on top. Then place a slice of mozzarella and 3 wafer-thin slices of butter cheese or Gouda cheese on each bread so that everything is covered.
