Instructions

  1. Quarter the apple and cut out the core. The apple does not have to be peeled. Peel the banana. Cut both fruits into cubes measuring 1 x 1 cm.
  2. Warm the milk slightly and pour it over the crushed flaxseed. Let it soak for about 20 minutes.
  3. Roughly chop the walnuts and then mix with the oatmeal, maple syrup, salt, eggs, coconut oil, cinnamon and cocoa powder. Add the swollen flax seeds and the fruit cubes and mix well.
  4. Line a baking dish with paper or lightly oil and pour in the mixture. Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven with circulating air for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
  5. Note: This breakfast tastes just as good warm as cold. Cut into bars, these are ideal as a snack to take away.
