  2. To prepare the sauce, fry the flour in a gravy boat (without oil). You need to fry literally 30 seconds. Pour in milk, stir, cook for 5-7 minutes (the sauce should thicken a little). Then turn off the sauce and add butter to it.
  3. Throw the cabbage in a colander, dry. Fry in oil – 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour a little milk sauce, seasoned with butter. Put in a frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese.
