Wash and clean the zucchini and peppers. Cut into 2 cm cubes. Halve the cocktail tomatoes. Cut the spring onions into rings. Finely chop the garlic cloves and onion. Mix the vegetables with the oil in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and herbs. When salting, make sure that the cheese is slightly salty.
Pour the vegetable mixture into the pumpkin halves and bake at 220 ° C top / bottom heat for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake again for 2-3 minutes.
Tip to shorten the cooking time: Cut the pumpkin into 2 cm cubes and bake for about 15 minutes, then pour the vegetables on top and continue as described above.
