Divide the round camembert lengthways. Brush the open side with horseradish and mustard and then only season with salt and pepper. Bread the whole thing in egg and breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in the pan and add the camembert to the pan. Attention: open side up, otherwise all of the cheese will run out !!! When the underside is golden yellow, turn the camembert briefly until the cheese starts to pour out. Take out of the pan and place on a sandwich and eat. Very, very tasty!
