Ingredients
Minced beef – 225 g
Large champignons – 12 pieces (500 g)
Cream (33% fat) – 60 ml
Butter – 80 g
Onions – 50 g (1 pcs.)
Garlic – 1 clove
Bread crumbs (or bread crumbs) – 25 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Ground red pepper – to taste
Green onions (or parsley – for serving) – 5 g
During the preparation process, you will need parchment paper.
We wash the mushrooms, dry them with a paper towel. Then we separate the legs from the hats. Lightly sprinkle the hats with salt.
Finely chop the mushroom legs.
Peel and rinse the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into cubes, chop the garlic with a knife.
Heat 20 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the onion with garlic for 3-5 minutes, until soft. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Then add the minced meat to the pan and fry everything, breaking the minced meat lumps, for 7-10 minutes, until the minced meat is ready.
Then add mushroom legs, 20 g of butter, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper to taste into the pan.
Also, pour 50 ml of water into the pan and, stirring, fry the filling for 5 minutes.
We shift the filling into a separate container, let it cool slightly. Then pour the cream into the filling.
Mix the filling with the cream.
Melt the remaining butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Dip each champignon hat in melted butter.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Stuff the mushrooms with the filling, sprinkle with red pepper on top, and put on a baking sheet. (If you don’t like spicy dishes, then you don’t need to sprinkle them with red pepper – the mushrooms will still be very tasty.)
We put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Champignons baked with ground beef are ready. Sprinkle mushrooms with chopped herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
