Halve the Arabian flatbread, so that you get 2 crescent-shaped pita pockets. Brush the inside of the pockets with Samna and fill with the cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until crispy.

The loaves can also be divided to make 2 circles. Then distribute the cheese mixture on top and bake in the oven until the cheese is lightly brown. But they are not so easy to eat and they take up too much space in the oven. It is easier if the circles are then shaped into packages: first fold in at the bottom, then both sides and then at the top.
