For the topping, cut the blue cheese into slices. Wash, halve and core the blue grapes. Drain the pineapple slices. Cut the camembert into slices. Wash the green grapes, cut in half and remove the seeds. Dice the sheep`s cheese, peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Cut the processed cheese into thick strips and drain the peach halves. Cover the pastry plate with the fruit, cover each type of fruit * with the appropriate cheese. Put the baking sheet in the oven.
