Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and work through well with the hand mixer (dough hook) first briefly on the low and then on the highest level. Chill the dough for a good 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet, prick several times with a fork and put the baking sheet in the oven.
  2. Top / bottom heating: approx. 200 ° C (preheated)
