Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a baking sheet. Place the chicken breasts side by side on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper as you wish.
  2. Wash the triplets and cut in half, possibly quarter. Mix the triplets in a bowl with the crushed clove of garlic, olive oil, thyme and oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the triplets around the chicken breasts on the baking sheet.
  3. Place the sliced mozzarella on top of the chicken breasts. Depending on your taste, use more mozzarella.
  4. Halve the washed mini tomatoes and mix in the bowl with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and the crushed garlic clove and add salt and pepper. Place the mini tomatoes on the chicken breasts covered with the mozzarella and, if necessary, spread them a little.
  5. Cook the vegetables with the meat in a preheated oven at 200 degrees circulating air for about 25 minutes.
  6. The triplets could also be seasoned with basil or rosemary. Simply modify or add to the recipe as you wish.
