Wash, peel and roughly grate the potatoes. Pour into a large, fine sieve and squeeze gently so that the
Potato liquid leaks.
Peel the onion and finely grate it under the potatoes. Add the eggs, salt and a little nutmeg and mix everything together. If the dough is still too runny, add enough flour so that the dough is not too firm.
Heat vegetable fat or oil in the pan. Small amounts of dough
Put in the hot fat and bake golden brown, crispy potato pancakes.
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Spread the potato pancakes in pairs on a baking sheet and place a slice of boiled ham on each, now the pineapple
Spread on top and put the cheese on top. There should now be 4 pairs on the tray and bake them in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted as desired.
