Instructions
- Debark the fresh Emmentaler and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices.
- Mix the eggs with salt, pepper and paprika. Dip the Emmental slices first in the egg mixture and then in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the fat in the pan and fry the Emmental slices in the pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
