Divide the feta into two pieces and place each in a small ovenproof dish.
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into thin slices. Cut the tomato into thin slices and the bell pepper into fine strips. Core the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Pluck the herbs from the stems and chop finely.
Spread the garlic, onion, tomato and pepper on the cheese. Scatter the chilli and herbs on top, season with salt and pepper. Finally drizzle the oil over it.
Bake in the oven preheated to 175 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
The portions can be prepared a few hours in advance and only then baked.
